Millbrook Works
We offer six units, rented at affordable prices to local enterprises. Located behind the Rame Centre, Millbrook Works was funded by the Coastal Communities Fund in 2017.
Each single-storey unit boasts open roof space for additional storage, double-door entrances, heating and a sink with hot water. A shared toilet is conveniently located at the end of the block.
Wifi is provided and electricity and water are paid separately.
A phone line is available at the tenant’s expense.
One of our wonderful volunteers keeps the raised beds behind the work units cared for with beautiful plants and flowers, this is community in action - thank you!
