Booking Information
The Old Ship is a welcoming venue with lots of character suited for a variety of needs including weddings, birthdays, meetings and public events. We aim to be as accommodating as possible to your needs so please indicate if you have any special requirements for your booking in the form below.
All bookings are subject to availability, we aim to respond to your booking request as soon as possible to inform you if the space is available or to offer alternatives.

Sitting (dining) 30 people
Sitting (auditorium style, no tables) 40 people
Standing (limited tables and chairs) 60 people

Charitable fundraisers or events run by community organisations or closed events such as Christmas, birthday parties, dinners or weddings.
£30 per session
Morning session: 9am – 1pm
Afternoon session: 1pm – 5pm
Evening session: 5pm – 11pm
It is possible to book just one session, two sessions, or all three.
Commercial
You aim to make a profit, examples include a craft fair, pop-up food, musical entertainment.
9am – 4pm £60
4pm – 11pm £60
It is possible to book both sessions.
