Mission Statement

Our Mission is to empower the Rame Peninsula community to overcome challenges and create positive change. Through working together with individuals and organisations we can deliver community-driven projects and build long lasting friendships.

Aims

Aim 1 - Health and well-being We aim to create opportunities / activities for community members to interact, build relationships, and reduce social isolation.
Aim 2 - Employability We aim to identify and address common barriers to employment, such as lack of transportation, childcare, or digital literacy, through targeted programs and support services
Aim 3 - Community cohesion We aim to create opportunities for people of different ages to interact and learn from each other, promoting understanding and respect, leading to a stronger community
Aim 4 - Learning We aim to offer learning programs and workshops on various topics, such as health, wellness, financial literacy, and digital skills, to empower community members with knowledge and skills to navigate life's challenges.

Outcome Statement

Community members are more capable of taking control of their lives, making informed decisions, and achieving their goals.
Individuals have better access to essential services and support, improving their overall well-being and quality of life
