What Information We Have & Where We Get It

  • We hold email addresses to keep in contact with you about The Peninsula Trust’s news and events. These emails are supplied by you when you agree to subscribe to our bulletin through our website or become a member of the Trust.
  • If you engage on training with us or use our training room facilities we will hold this information until the training is complete or the hire agreement is no longer needed

  • To stop receiving our newsletters you can follow the unsubscribe instructions in any of the emails we send you or contact us and we will do it for you.
  • To stop seeing social media posts from The Peninsula Trust you can block or unfollow us on Facebook.

Looking After Your Information

Email addresses for subscribers to our newsletter are held on a secure server hosted by Mailchimp.  They will never access or sell contact details and you can view their privacy policy here


Contact information for our members is kept in a secure, password protected document. 

We only keep your information for as long as required to provide you with the services you request, for the purposes outlined in this policy and for any legal purposes for which we are obliged to keep the information.

We will securely delete your information when we no longer need it or at your request.
